Citizens for Truth, Inc.  is a 501(c)(3)  Public Charity with this IRS approved mission: “To protect and promote the public good: to educate Citizens with facts & truth to dispel lies & propaganda.”  

The Petition was denied in conference on 3/20/18, by the GOP partisans for Putin’s Puppet, without Amicus support from gutless prominent lawyers and support from the Fourth Estate.  Citizens did not raise money from the public, there was no initial need, and now is in a state of moratorium.

We hope to re-submit this petition with greatly strengthened facts regarding the now Self-evident treason of Trump and his complicit GOP congressional cabal, and the recent indictments of the 12 Russians responsible  Putin’s Cyber war hacking invasion which was an attack on our free and fair elections and called “an act of war” by all 17 government agencies responsible for National Security.   Go to the link a few paragraphs down to the Supreme Court’s docket where you can read the entire petition to understand the gravity of what the Republicans on the Court did not do which was their clear responsibility to have done as the Framers’ last check standing to defend our Republic’s Democracy and protect the public good.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus, Docket #17-857: PREFACE:

“Petitioner’s believe Donald Trump was unlawfully elected President.  This Petition lays out facts and the Court’s Constitutional authority to resolve this matter of historically unprecedented magnitude.  The Petitioners sole intent is to protect the public good, and trust Justices of the United States Supreme Court to consider this Petition as American patriots who will not be bound by partisan politics.  Our survival as a Republic depends on Americans having the courage and wisdom to consider these questions.”  The Petition was submitted to the Court on 11/20/17.

DOCKET #17-857, DOCKETED ON 12/15!  PASSED THE ORIGINAL JURISDICTION HURDLE: TO READ IT:  In Re Larry Shane, et al., Petitioners.

This is a nationwide U.S. Constitutional case of first impression. Only  the United States Supreme Court has nationwide jurisdiction to determine the propriety of last year’s Electoral College presidential vote. The use of the writ of mandamus by that Court to protect the judicial process, including the power of, and to prosecute, is necessary to keep the current U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. President from interfering with, or terminating, the investigation and thereby obstructing justice. 

Time is of the essence; one year has already elapsed.  Only the Supreme Court’s taking charge of, and accelerating the process , can bring about a result which affects the terms of those persons who taken have office on the basis of the last Electoral College vote.

 

Empowering the Electoral College, establishing its procedures and conducting a re-vote by that body are all time consuming. Only the Supreme Court can expedite the  creation of new nationwide process within the Electoral College process to bring about a meaningful remedy.

Citizens is a group of older, experienced critically thinking courageous, men and women who are Partisans for America committed to  MAKE AMERICA A DEMOCRACY AGAIN.   

Time is of the essence, we must act immediately to resolve the result of  the Russian Cyber-war invasion which subverted our right to Free and Fair elections, and led to the  occupation of our government by complicit treasonous collaborators.  Resistance is not enough – support for this Petition is not mutually exclusive to supporting the objectives to get out the vote in 2018.

The Court can vacate the Republican Presidential Ticket of 11/8/2016  based on the  authority of the Constitution and the Framers’ Federalist Papers to protect the public good from a President clearly under the influence of Vladimir Putin, a Russian Dictator  intent on creating havoc in our Democracy.  [See, legal basis page or go to Docket #17-857 to read the entire 5,600 word compelling brief]

The Petitioners are asking the Supreme Court to appoint Robert Mueller as the Court’s Special Master to investigate the Russian Cyber War Invasion, and the failure of the Electoral process.  The Petition asks the Court to remove the current investigation from the control of the man being investigated and from the one party partisan control of our government by treasonous complicit Republican collaborators,  to the non partisan realm of the Court.

Citizens for Truth is not about left v right, or port v. starboard, but about Patriotic Americans uniting to save our Democracy from Putin’s Puppet in Chief.  The  dangerous direction of boat America is self-evident – with  the unhinged  pathological liar at the helm and his complicit – treasonous sociopathic crew, which includes Congressional Republicans and their leaders.

Sociopaths do not care about victims.

Richard Painter, President George W. Bush’s “Ethics Czar” (the White House attorney)  has objectively, courageously and vehemently stated:  “there is only one word for this, TREASON.”

Excerpt from Petition:  James Clapper described Cyber Warfare as follows: 

“Cyber Warfare is a 21st Century form of invasion: hacking, propagandizing, stealing campaign plans and voting rolls, to serve Russia’s interest in disrupting Democracies and controlling the affairs of the United States; …”   ‘Cyber Threat Actors: Russia. It is manifestly apparent the President of the United States has been financially compromised by Vladimir Putin, and should not have been confirmed by the Electors. The Electors in doing so violated the Constitution, and the Framers’ intent clearly expressed by Alexander Hamilton.

“Nothing was to be more desired than that every practicable obstacle should be opposed to cabal, intrigue, and corruption. These most deadly adversaries of republican government might naturally have been expected to make their approaches from more than one quarter, but chiefly in the desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils. How could they better gratify this than by raising a creature of their own to the chief magistry of the Union?” The Federalist, No. 68 (Alexander Hamilton);

Further, on the face of so much empirical evidence, clearly the people around the dangerously compromised Trump are sociopaths complicit in collaborating with a foreign hostile nation to have sabotaged Americans out of a “free and fair” election on 11/8.

On August 10, 2017 the President of the United States said the unthinkable:   Trump Praises Putin Instead of Critiquing Cuts to U.S. Embassy Staff …  https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/10/world/europe/putin-trump-embassy-russia.html   “Trump Thanks Russia for Expelling American Diplomats. President Trump said the move would help the United States save money on payroll.”

On Saturday, 11/11, 2017,  Trump said that he believed President Vladimir V. Putin was sincere in his denials of interference in the 2016 presidential elections, calling questions about Moscow’s meddling a politically motivated “hit job” that was hindering cooperation with Russia on life-or-death issues.   …  “He said he didn’t meddle — I asked him again,” Mr. Trump told reporters traveling with him aboard Air Force One as he flew to Hanoi for more meetings. “You can only ask so many times. Is Trump not in Putin’s pocket?  Which is exactly what Hamilton feared in Federalist No. 68  – as the President of the United States, his Vice President, his cabinet, the people who were instrumental in his election campaign, and the Republican leaders of Congress have  allowed the Dictator of Russia “to gain an improper ascendant in our councils.”

The Supreme Court is the last of the Framer’s checks standing to protect Americans from being on a path to Fascism.  The Court is the only check left not in the control of a President who is a dangerous pathological liar, who has been severely compromised by Vladimir Putin.

America is now at the edge of an authoritarian abyss with no other lifeline but the Supreme Court.   This is moment of truth of historically unprecedented magnitude.

We need the support of all patriotic Americans who care profoundly about the present and future of our Republic’s Democracy that is supposed to be for “we the people,” and for “free and fair elections” to preserve individual freedom,  We need American citizens to stand up for the American Dream, which is not about what is best for sociopathically greedy billionaires, about what is fair to the 98%.

AND NOW THE TAX ACT FOR THE EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF SWAMP DWELLERS IS A FOREGONE CONCLUSION.  REFORM MEANS TO IMPROVE… so do GOP greedy sociopathic billionaires really need improved tax liabilities?

It’s ok to be successful in America, but we need to stop the grifters and money launderers in cahoots with Russia.

There are no precedents for our Democracy to have experienced a Cyber-war Invasion, which was an attack to corrupt and subvert America’s Presidential Election and Congressional elections.  There are no precedents, there is no way the Framers could have envisioned technological warfare in the 21st Century in the 18th Century when they wrote the Constitution.  But the framers did provide a visionary Constitution and  the  Framers’ intent in the Federalist Papers to protect our Democracy from exactly what has happened. WE NEED TO RETHINK THE PRESENT IN ITS OWN TERMS.   On September 17, 1787, 230 years ago, when the Framers signed the Constitution, there were no planes, no TVs, no phones or devices, no nukes, no civil rights laws and no cyber warfare.  Leaching was a primary medical treatment.

WE CAN NOT BE BOUND BY searching for 18th or 19th or even 20th precedents to deal with the Russian saboteurs intent on causing disruption and unrest within our Democracy, and the unprecedented complicit treasonous activities and behavior that subverted the result of 11/8.  

Nullification is about a President who asked Putin in public to hack away, to invade our country in a Cyber-war attack.  It is about a President who thanked Putin for kicking out 750 Americans from the U.S. Russian Embassy.  It is about threatening to destroy No. Korea in front of the entire membership of the UN.  A President who threatened a paranoid  nut job dictator, who immediately responded this constitutes a “declaration of War, and I am going to shoot down American planes,” with impunity?  And intensified testing nuclear bombs and ICBs.

Our lead attorney, Neil Evans, is pro bono.  All  legal advisors are pro bono.  Citizens has no employees, no rent and directors receive no compensation.

The costs to date to form the Ohio Non Profit Corp, and for the IRS 1023 EZ application for a Public Charity, approved within one week, have been $450.  And we have raised enough to have a Supreme Court printer in DC, Theil Press,  to help format, print and submit the Petition – at their cost, with no charges for all the expert guidance and help.

We  need $20,000 to spend on social media – pro bono experts will place the ads.    And there could be possible travel expenses for media appearances – in lieu of Skype.

We understand donors have a right to full disclosure, and projections.  Donors funds will go directly into the ground, with no waste and no BS.

Citizen’s has stringent bylaws that govern spending in accordance with fiduciary duties, and will not waste donor funds.  There will be no conflicts,  the directors’ pasts are prologue.  Directors’ bios are on the links provided under directors.  Who we are is transparent.

Further, we have the assurance of an Amicus brief from one of America’s most prominent Constitutional law profs at Harvard, well known to the Court;  this will generate additional Amicus briefs, which will also create additional financial support to combat forces against this if the Court moves this forward.

Do not be dissuaded from giving because you think it is impossible for the Court to consider this Petition.  The odds are reduced by the quality of the narrow legal arguments, the quality of the formatting,  the gravitas of a significant Amicus brief, the  historically unprecedented magnitude, and the clear and present danger of having a sitting President more aligned with the Dictator of Russia than the best interests of American citizens.

The odds were against George Washington.
